I. I shall engage the labour for shifting the furniture and replace the same in its original place after the function. I shall also engage the labour for clearing all types of wastages that occurred during the function and put the same in VMC dustbin available at the main road or as per the instruction of the staff of IEI/APSC. Otherwise a fine of Rs.1,500/- will be levied.
II. No eatables or drinks are allowed inside the A.C. halls
III. I shall not disturb or tap electricity in any way other than the one already provided by the Institution.
IV. I agree to pay the cancellation charges in case of cancellation of the reservation at the rate of 50% of the service charges on the halls for the total days booked.
V. The Institution of Engineers (India), Andhra Pradesh State Centre reserves the right to cancel the reservations or alter the dates of reservation.
VI. Information about cancellation of reservation is not intimated before two days of actual reservation, the total amount will be FORFIETED against service charges.
VII. I shall strictly abide in vacating the premises including clearing of all the hired furniture as agreed and mentioned in the application form. In case if I fail to do so, I shall pay the next day rental charges also.
VIII. For performing the function, any sound equipment’s are to be used in the premises, a prior approval is a must from the Police Department.
IX. External Electrical Lighting/Decoration should be arranged through generator only.
X. Inside/outside live flowers decoration or any type of decoration and series lighting decoration will be done through our people only. Outsiders are not allowed under any circumstances.
XI. I shall agree for settlement of account and take the refund of balance amount at the convenience of the Institution’s office, since the same is involved with the office bearer’s finalization.
